Working Groups

Working Groups are an exchange and knowledge sharing platforms for IIA Luxembourg members working on specific sectors of activity. Meetings are held on a regular basis with the aim to discuss commun interest topics.

Banking 

​

Group dedicated to the banking industry giving members a real opportunity to discuss hot topics and best practices. Its main objective is to share knowledge and experience on specific internal audit topics (regulatory, operational, governance but also methodology). It brings together main representatives of the Luxembourgish market.

​

Discussion platform for members working with Luxembourg custody and asset servicing banks, investment management firms, management companies and Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSFs).

Industry & Services

​

Knowledge sharing and learning forum for internal audit leaders in the service, industry and public sector.

Insurance 

​

Group gathering internal auditors from the Luxembourg insurance sector, aimed at sharing best practices, experience, and methodologies on Insurance related operational and regulatory topics.

German Speaking

​

Group for the german speaking community of auditors in Luxembourg across all industries (financial and non-financial), aiming to discuss hot topics, trends and emerging risks (technological, regulatory, operational, governance). Each session starts with a presentation given by confirmed experts, followed by an interactive session of knowledge sharing of the members

IT Working Group 

​

Group gathering internal auditors and IT auditors across all industries in Luxemburg, with the mission to discuss emerging risks and topics covering information technology (IT) and to foster knowledge sharing and a common understanding.
