All members of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Luxembourg chapter, are advised that the Annual General Assembly of the Institute will be held on 20 March 2025 at PWC -
2, rue Gerhard Mercator L-1014 Luxembourg.
The Annual General Assembly will start at 18:00 (registration will begin at 17:30) and will be followed at 18:30 by a presentation & experience sharing with Maxim Straus, EVP & CFO Cargolux Airlines International & Board Member Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce
A cocktail will take place after the conference at 19h30, providing an opportunity to meet the IIA Luxembourg Board and fellow members over refreshments.

The statutory documents required for the convocation of the AGM, i.e., agenda, minutes of 2024 AGM and the audited accounts 2024 will be circulated on 7 March 2025.

The IIA Luxembourg is looking for volunteer Board members to join the IIA Luxembourg Board of Directors and contribute to the advancement of the Internal Audit profession in Luxembourg through active participation and contribution to our activities.

IIA Luxembourg members achieved an IIA Certification since the last AGM held on 21 March 2024 are invited to send the information to contact@iia.lu
