The next IIA Banking Working Group will take place on Wednesday, 23 September, 2026, from 12:00 to 14:00 at EY Luxembourg's premises in Howald (60 rue des Bruyères 1274 Howald). Practical details will follow.

 The discussion will focus on the EU Payment Package, with particular attention given to PSD3, the proposed Payment Services Regulation (PSR), and the Instant Payments Regulation (IPR). We will discuss key implementation challenges, supervisory expectations, and potential impacts on governance, risk management, and internal audit activities within the banking sector.

For this session, we will benefit from the participation of EY Subject Matter Experts, who will contribute to and support the discussion.

Lunch will be served from 12:00 to 12:45, followed by the presentation and discussion session from 12:45 to 14:00.
