  1274 Howald). Practical details will follow. The discussion will focus on
  the EU Payment Package\, with particular attention given to PSD3\, the pr
 oposed Payment Services Regulation (PSR)\, and the Instant Payments Regula
 tion (IPR). We will discuss key implementation challenges\, supervisory ex
 pectations\, and potential impacts on governance\, risk management\, and i
 nternal audit activities within the banking sector. For this session\, we 
 will benefit from the participation of EY Subject Matter Experts\, who wil
 l contribute to and support the discussion. Lunch will be served from 12:0
 0 to 12:45\, followed by the presentation and discussion session from 12:4
 5 to 14:00. To help us prepare for the session\, please send any specific 
 questions or topics you would like to see addressed at wgbanking@iia.lu by
  17 September\, 2026. Participants are kindly invited to register online u
 sing the link below. Registration is reserved to logged-in IIA Luxembourg 
 members and must be completed via the member account (event to be added to
  the cart and confirmed free of charge). In order to ensure the broadest p
 articipation and foster interactive discussions\, attendance is limited to
  a maximum of two participants per entity\, with priority given to IIA mem
 bers working in banks. As attendance is limited to 28 participants\, regis
