Paul Koechlin

Paul Koechlin is a seasoned audit and finance professional with a global outlook and a passion for impactful leadership. Since 2017, he has led the Internal Audit department at Cargolux Airlines International, one of Europe’s largest scheduled all-cargo airlines.
His career spans roles in Business Finance, Audit, and Compliance across multinational corporations, taking him across Europe, Asia, and Africa. These diverse experiences have shaped his strategic mindset and cross-cultural approach. After living in France, the UK, Belgium, and several African countries, Paul made Luxembourg his home in 2008, where he continues to grow both personally and professionally.
In 2023, Paul was appointed Chair of IIA Luxembourg. He is driven by a commitment to innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction, and is dedicated to inspiring those around him.
