Andrea Cirillo is currently the Head of Audit Data and Advanced Analytics at Intesa Sanpaolo. The team is a center of excellence in the application of advanced analytics and AI to the practice of Internal Audit. With over a decade of experience in statistics, data science and audit, Andrea specializes in the application of advanced analytics and machine learning in audit activities, notably in risk management and control systems within the banking sector. His professional journey includes roles such as Lead Data Scientist and Senior Audit Quantitative Analyst, where he coordinated teams in deploying data science across audit processes.

Andrea has a Management and Economics educational background with degrees in Management for Business from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and has obtained professional certifications in Mathematics for Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning.
