This one and a half day course focuses on enhancing the behaviours and teamwork skills of internal audit functions, and is delivered to the entire team. The course will provide a structured approach to creating a ‘high-performance’ internal audit team.

 Internal Audit teams focused on becoming a ‘best in class’ function. It is essential that the Head of Internal Audit fully supports and endorses the goal of ‘high performance’, this includes equipping those who participate in teams (for assignments or projects or other activities) to quickly operate at a good level.
