​Bertrand joined Deloitte in 2005 and is a partner from the Risk Advisory practice since 2020, where he is managing risk consulting, regulatory compliance and internal audit assignments for the financial sector with a particular focus on banking. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in numerous risk, compliance and regulatory assignments for financial institutions in Luxembourg and abroad (Europe, Middle East, Asia) embracing internal governance and control matters, risk management issues (including financial regulatory reporting), target operating model design for internal control functions, compliance monitoring design, regulatory filing to Authorities and internal audit assignments.
