Auditing Human Resources and People Risk
People are regularly described as an organisation's greatest asset. They can also be the source of significant risk. Human capital, diversity and talent management ranked 2nd in the ECIIA’s Risk in Focus 2023’s risk ranking, up from fourth place in 2022. With 50% of CAEs citing it as a top five risk this year, compared to 40% last year.
