Statutory Notice of the Annual General Assembly Meeting 2023

 

All members of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Luxembourg Chapter shall be advised that the Annual General Assembly Meeting of the Institute will be held on 30th March 2023 at the Banque Internationale à Luxembourg, 69 route d'Esch L-2953 Luxembourg.

 

The Annual General Assembly will start at 18:00 (registration will begin at 17:30) and will be followed at 18:30 by a conference on “Digital transformation and technological innovation: the need for ICT risk management and digital resilience”.

The keynote speaker is Cécile Gellenoncourt, head of the department in charge of ICT risks supervision and regulated ICT service providers (“support PFS”) supervision at the CSSF, the financial sector authority in Luxembourg.

 

A cocktail will take place after the conference at 19h30, an opportunity to meet the IIA Luxembourg Board and fellow members over refreshments.

 

The statutory documents required for the convocation of the AGM 2023, i.e., agenda, minutes of 2022 AGM and the audited accounts 2022 will be circulated on 6 March 2023.

Call for candidates to join the IIA Luxembourg Board

The IIA Luxembourg is looking to fill 3 open positions on its Board of Directors. Here after the Requirements and Procedure to apply.

IIA Luxembourg members achieved an IIA Certification - CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) or CRMA (Certification in Risk Management Assurance) -  since the last AGM held on 31 March 2022 are invited to send the information to contact@iia.lu no later than 24 March 2023.

All members are cordially invited to participate in the AGM meeting, the Conference and the Cocktail.
